We are starting to add more assets to our Boss Machine :) Hope you like it.
This background is made up of 21 parallax splits, each with 16 colours, which works out to have 336 colours just for the background.
As we get closer to releasing "IRIDIUM" though you might like to see the map building process. While this map still needs double the amount of layers to create the 3d appearance it gives you an idea of how we have built each one.
As you know I am busy with Iridium at this time, also slowly working away on Boss Machine and Reshoot Proxima III for our Amiga Platform. The latest news for Iridium is here.

Creating game assets is alot of fun. Here is a speed painting showing how I created some of the destructive elements for part of the large enemies on screen.
