A new port of the Super Nintendo emulator SNES9X has been released for the AmigaOS 4.1 FE. The port was done by HunoPPC.

This past weekend I set myself the goal to get a SATA hard disk working on my Amiga 4000T, so I could transfer the data from my almost full 127Gb IDE hard disk. I also finished the AmiKitReal 8.5 build and installed a new Rys MkII USB adapter for using standard USB mice on the Amiga 4000T.

Modern Vintage Gamer, known for porting games like Rise of the Triad to Amiga, has made a video of some recent updates to the Vampire II board. Here you will see Rise of the Triad running at maximum speed on an Amiga 600. The Amiga is connected through HDMI thanks to the integrated HDMI port on the Vampire.

A friend of mine wanted to upgrade his WarpEngine 3040.

As he now uses it in his A4000 instead of 3000 he wanted possability of 128MB RAM and a faster CPU.

Hey my friends.

Long time no see but I had a really good reason I was not much online or in the works.
I had my second child (a son this time) born on 18th of August so as you can imagine my personal time plus sleep have decreased drastically since then :(

Everything's turning out better as the time goes by and I have more time to tinker my lovely hardware.
Lovely things happened in my "absence" like new core with RTG support, cache, etc on FPGA Arcade and Vampire V2 with Apollo core and SAGA support... oh damn!

About a year ago, there was a call for Amiga developers to come together and contribute new software for both OS3.x and OS4.x and it seems that this new organization has started to bear some fruit. These would be supplied to users via the AppStore. The intropage is found –> here <–
