My focus has been on AmiWest for the past few weeks, so I haven't done much in Classic Amiga land - my apologies in the delay in posting.

Over the past few months I've been reading much about Gotek drives, and that if flashed with a specific firmware, they can be used on classic Amiga systems.

My main Amiga's an A1200 tower, and while that's packed with games that can be run via WHDLOAD I have two issues - the first being that not all games will run on my current set-up, and the second ia that my A1200 tower is a desktop machine, meaning that if I fancy some gaming I've got to do it sat at my desk.

Hi peepz. I thought about sharing an update to my main gaming rig.

Some weeks ago I sold my Asus GTX760 DC2OC to a friend so I was without a GPU for this time. Thankfully the NVidia Maxwell series arrived, so I knew that it was time to update my mini rig :)
Sadly the GTX980 is out of my budget so the GTX970 was picked (it's best value for money anywayz).

Now to the tricky part... WHAT GTX970 is appropriate for my SG06?

It's been as usually a very busy and lots of fun few months and this one is a remake of the classic ZX Spectrum game - Lunar Jetman.   It's in its final stages and soon to be release for PC (HD). Will post the link soon.

This may be a surprise for some of you, but I have not owned a classic Amiga since the early 2000. For me, Amiga has never been about the past but about the future.
