20 Years since Commodore and the future is bright
It is amazing to reflect that it has been 20 years since Commodore (and Amiga with it) went bankrupt, in 1994.
I wanted to take a moment today to reflect on the fact that despite this sad development, and some of the developments and many false starts and promises that followed since - that made some people lose faith, we still have a vibrant and active Amiga community today.
For that I am eternally grateful.

Having confirmed the Amiga 600 worked ok, today's job was cleaning it out. This of course meant pulling it apart for the first time.

Uri's messing with my forks
I'm still stumped on the URI handling. Some mauve tests tries to assert the correctness of the URI and URL, returned by the two methods toURI(), and toURL() of a java.io.File object (where the latter is now deprecated, in favour of the first one). However, the mauve tests cannot be correct, since it for the URI thinks a corect result is the path appended with a file separator, and for the URL result doesn't want the file separator. I.e.
