I have written more than once(1)(2) about RESHOOT on this blog, and i can safely say that my expectations have been quite high for the last 8 months or so now. But why? – what did i base these expectations on? Normally game devs/publishers send out stuff regularly to the public or they give exclusive deals to specific sites or publications. This weekend I had a look at Catacomb 3D on CD32 and there is also another new game for Amiga CD32 in 2016! We now have Reshoot for Amiga CD32 (Amiga 1200/4000 as well) which is available now for EUR36 from Amiworx.de and Ares Shop.

It is amazing to see that we have new games for Amiga CD32 in 2016! Today I want to take a look at  a new CD32 game called Catacomb 3D, which is a sneak preview of the game provided to me by Pascal Papara ahead of it's release. Thanks mate!

Today I decided to take a quick look at the MIDI functionality on the MIST FPGA system. I had assumed it was included to work with the Atari ST core only, but as I found out the MIDI ports work perfectly well on the Amiga core too!

Today I am covering the September 2016 Adelaide Retro Computing group meeting with an Amiga theme. For this meeting we had special guests Trevor Dickinson from A-EON Technology and Robert Bernardo from Fresno Commodore Users Group fly in especially for the event!

AmiWest 2016 (October 7 to 9) is fast approaching and so is Amiga DevCon 2016 (October 6 and 7). The location is Sacramento, California, USA.

I'm a big fan of the Amiga and have worked hard in contributing for our favourite computer over many years including back to the Amiga Inc days. My focus is either graphic design or game development.  The most recent published games are Dots Adventures and RESHOOT.
